I am highly experienced in IT Support and web development and have encountered many business systems in use today. I have been required to diagnose and impact assess system outages. I am familiar with server management, virtualisation technologies and have considerable experience with VMWare and Citrix XenApps, having configured thin client builds on various embedded operating systems for a 1200 seat contact centre.

I have a sound knowledge of incident and change management from appraisal through to closure and have been required to procure and convey details of these in a timely and accurate manner to multiple parties via various channels.
